Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted

Subscription or Recurring Orders

• Subscription orders can be cancelled before the next billing cycle
• Refunds are not provided for subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped

Coastal Foods may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or unforeseen operational problems. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
